The Air Jordan 1 has seen an explosive year amidst all that has transpired. Able to constantly curate significant drops, their latest design on the silhouette proves the heat train isn’t stopping anytime soon.
The “University Blue” design is the latest installment on the Jumpman 23 roster. Merging classic color blocking with shades of blue, the new design seemingly draws fresh notes from Jordan’s collegiate UNC design. The University Blue has a color blocking set-up adjacent to the “Chicago” style starting with a sky blue color on the heel pieces, eyestays, collar flaps, and mudguards. The hues of blue are complete in an all-over sueded unlike the usual leather construction. Color-blocked by a black Nike swoosh, shoelaces, and ankle collar area and all merged together by fresh white throats, quarters, and toeboxes. With no official release date as of yet, the Jordan 1 “University Blue” has a rumored release of February 20, 2021 set to possibly retail at $170.
