Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God brand can arguably be one of the pivoting brands that’s helped design was we know today as “Streetstyle.” Known for their sleek and minimal designs, FOG has created a lane of luxury minimalism.
Collaborating with Nike, Fear of God created an upscale take on a sneaker. Dubbed the “Air Fear of God” the shoe is an innovative upgrade to the tennis shoes. Their latest design, the “Noir”, is the third design of the popular shoe. The deep tones cover the entire shoe creating a durable high-tech appearance. The ultra-high top silhouette is constructed of soft suede and ballistic nylon mesh through to the front of the toe. Over the front is a zig-zag cage creating a simple, yet complex, shoe lacing technique. Material of hi-vis reflectors make for a unique touch over the snug-fit sock design capitalizing on the superior desire for comfort. Complimenting the design is a miniature Nike swoosh towards the middle bridging backwards meeting the Nike sports branding right above the heel. Additionally, rear zippers are installed making equipped for a super sleek fit.
