Tesla has been one of the leading pioneer in the terms of automobile innovation. Seven years ago, the company had make announcements behind their hopes of building a fully electric pickup truck. Today, the electric car company has finally unveiled the adaption of the idea.
Dubbed the Cybertruck, the monster mobile comes in three different tiers to select from: a single-motor RWD, a dual-motor 4WD, and a triple-motor 4WD. The truck has been said to be a “super machine,” as it comes decked in a beyond tough exterior of 30X cold-rolled stainless steel. The steel is made to be so withstanding, that it could prevent the penetration of a 9mm bullet. CEO Elon Musk states that the steel is of the exact fibers used to create his SpaceX starships. The truck measure in with a length of 6.5 feet and has a compartment of 100 cubic feet in storage capacity. The lower tier models can carry a payload of up to 3,500 pounds, while its sister models can carry up to an astounding 14,000 pounds. The highest model can also reach from 0-60 mph in a minuscule 2.9 seconds. Although the exterior mirrors a futuristic space rover, the interior comes as a sleek 6 passenger leather build with a granite dashboard equipped with a 17 inch digital monitor similar to the Tesla cars. The Cybertrucks can be charged as normal with the home ports or the many nationwide Charging Destinations.
