Here Are The Nominees For The 2019 Fashion Awards

Annually the Fashion World closes the year acknowledging those that’s disrupted the industry in monumental ways creating more timeless moments and inspiring beyond the stars. The Fashion Awards ceremony will be held on On December 2nd at the London’s legendary Royal Albert Hall and is already geared to be another evening of fashion filled festivities.

Nominees were just announced for the ceremony and it includes a plethora of excitement. Included in the list are a few recurring nominees like Kaia Gerber in the category of Model of The Year alongside phenomenal colleagues like Winnie Harlow, Adut Akech, Adesuwa Aighewi, and Adwoa Aboah. It’s been an explosive year for a lot of brands in the race to become the most Instagram worthy and Brand of The Year is a tight race with Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Jacquemus, Prada, and Loewe each nominated in one of many categories in the ceremony.

Rather than a casual vote from the fans, the nominees were chosen on those picks of over 2,500 industry participants. Chair of the British Fashion Council,  Stephanie Phair, said in a press release, “I would like to congratulate all the nominees of the Fashion Awards 2019. Each and every one of them is being recognized for their creative excellence and innovation. I look forward to celebrating them alongside the rest of the industry from across the globe on the second of December at the Royal Albert Hall.” The stage will be a light of success as Naomi Campbell will be accepting her Fashion Icon award along with Giorgio Armani winning the award for Outstanding Achievement.
