COURTESY OF SAVAGE X FENTY
Rihanna has been setting, and re-raising, the bar over many playing fields across a variety of industries. Capitalizing on inclusivity and acceptance she’s become queen of yet another category. With her Savage x Fenty NYFW showcase last week she buzzed everywhere with her presentation under a tight lock and key (like literally phones were locked away to secure no footage would leak.)
If you weren’t one of the lucky attendees to the Brooklyn Arena shindig thankfully you don’t have to wait too much longer. In a tease of what’s to come on the big Amazon Prime debut, RiRi released a few images that are definitely prime to the show’s essence. The show included stage rocking performances by Tierra Whack, DJ Khaled, while pop favorites like Normani got the crowd moving with her sultry moves and tasteful appeal. The best part of it all was the variety of gender, shapes, sizes, colors, races, and etc that all got a moment of shine at the realm of the Bad Gal. “Doing this tonight made me really miss the stage, and I think that’s the reason why I wanted to get up there,” Rihanna told Vogue.
Below she released 15 of the most invigorating looks from the evening which are showcased by Supermodels Joan Smalls, Bella Hadid, Slick Woods, and many more. Don’t forget to tune into Amazon Prime tomorrow, September 20th, to finally get a taste of what all the hype has been about followed by a full collection release on Amazon.
