The grandest event of events happened just this evening and, although predictable, the entertainment was definitely insightfully unforgettable. Tonight Atlanta, GA hosted thousands of cheering fans for The Super Bowl LIII as the Los Angeles Rams took on the New England Patriots in a defense filled game.
Aside from the commercials, the one thing we all look forward to is the Halftime performance. Surrounded by such controversy, a hitch free performance was almost demanded upon showtime in which that is exactly what we received. Full of fire and thematics, literally – Scott, Maroon 5, and Outkast’s Big Boi lit the stage with riveting performances of some of their chart topping hits. Yet it was the waiste belt on La Flame that really set the fire a-fly. Virgil Abloh took to InstaGram to divulge details about the gaudy flesh toned belt, which is from the FW19 Louis Vuitton collection titled “Louie Belt.” The Heavy Duty construction piece is quilted into four rows with 3-Dimensional Eagles flying in opposite directions of the belt. Paired with a skin tight crewneck Tee and a leather vest with matching pants, the halftime look was just as fire as the performance.
