One of the most beautiful things that we all adore about Beyonce, other than arguably being the BEST entertainer of our current generation, is the remarkable embrace that she takes on family.
Setting a tone of love for the New Year, in true The Carters fashion, Beyoncé and Jay-Z renewed their wedding vows in secret. Don’t worry, we didn’t get an invite either BUT we did catch a glimpse of the beauty in her 2018 recap and wish for all to have a prosperous new year.
When the video made its debut last month, we all went in to a frenzy at the view of Bey in a what appeared to be a bridal gown. Well, all can now be laid to rest with the bridal couture label Galia Lahav breaking the seal with a gushing Instagram post. Some of the footage may have been a little bit familiar as it was also shown on the big screen at most of the OTR II Tour Big Screen. The ceremony took place back in June of 2017. She wore a delicate off the shoulder gown from Galia Lahav’s “Victoria Affinity” couture collection. For a more trasiotonal style, although very much so similar to her 2008 wedding gown, The “Thelma” wedding gown composed of a corseted body, lengthened long fishtail train, Swarovski crystal embellishments, and finished with a Chantilly lace trimming. To finesse the touch of Sasha Fierce, she added a pair of dainty white trimmed stunna shades. As for the Jiggaman, he sported a grateful white tux and matching sneakers. His classic twisted fro added the compliments to his red pocket framed shades.
Is anybody else extremely surprised at our invites getting lost in the mail? Either way, the overflow of Black Love is nonetheless inspiring.
